Right to rectify. The Client hereby authorises NCB Capital to rectify at any time NCB Capital deems appropriate any and all deposits that NCB Capital determines in its absolute discretion have been made to the Account in error, including by making debit entries and adjustments to any credit entries made to the Account in error.
