RIGHT TO REBUT. Any employee who disagrees with a written disciplinary action may respond in writing and shall present a copy of the response to the appropriate administrator. This response shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file, and shall be attached to all copies of the written disciplinary action issued by the Employer.

RIGHT TO REBUT. A teacher who disagrees with an evaluation or wishes to make a comment about the evaluation has the right to respond in writing. The response shall be attached to the evaluation report and shall be included in the teacher’s personnel file. A copy of the entire report, including all attached materials, shall be given to the teacher.
RIGHT TO REBUT. The employee shall have the right to file a written response to the evaluation document. The rebuttal and any related materials will be placed in the employee’s personnel file.

  • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Right to Regulate 1. Subject to the provisions of this Chapter, a Party may, on a non-discriminatory basis, adopt, maintain or enforce any measure that is in the public interest, including measures to meet health, safety or environmental concerns or reasonable measures for prudential purposes.
