Common use of Right to Organize Clause in Contracts

Right to Organize. The Board and/or the Association agree that the employees have the full freedom of association, self-organization and designation of representative of their own choosing to negotiate terms and conditions of their employment and to engage in other concerted activities for the purposes of collective bargaining or mutual aid and protection and/or the right to refrain from any and all such activities free from interference, restraint or coercion.

Right to Organize. The Association and the Board and/or the Association agree that the individual employees shall have the full freedom of association, self-organization organization, and the designation of representative representatives of their own choosing choosing, to negotiate the terms and conditions of their employment employment, and to engage that they shall be free from interference, restraint or coercion by the Board, the Association or its agents, in the designation of such representatives or in self-organization or in other concerted activities for the purposes purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. The Association and protection and/or the Board further agree that individual employees shall have the right to refrain from any and all such activities free from interference, restraint or coercionactivities.
