Right to Organize. ‌ The Employer recognizes that all faculty members have the right to freely organize, join and support the Union and its affiliates for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection in accordance with Mont. Code Xxx. § 00-00-000, except as provided for in this agreement. The Employer further agrees that it will not discriminate against any faculty member for exercising any right granted by the Public Employees Bargaining Act or this agreement.
