Right to Market. Nu Skin Products and Sponsor in my Resident Country Subject to the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, NSI grants to me (a) the right to be a Brand Affiliate and market Nu Skin Products in my Resident Country through person-to-person sales, and (b) sponsor new brand affiliates in my Resident Country. I agree that the Brand Affiliate Agreement will be accepted in Utah, U.S.A.

Right to Market. Purchaser acknowledges that, between the date hereof and the end of the Inspection Period (as hereinafter defined), ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc. ("Seller's Agent") will continue for Seller's benefit to market the Business and the Purchased Assets for sale to third parties. Unless Purchaser elects to terminate this Agreement during the Inspection Period (as hereinafter defined) as provided in Section 5.5 hereof, such right to market the Business and/or any of the Purchased Assets shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of the Inspection Period and be of no force or effect. Purchaser may, as a result of such marketing efforts, receive offers to purchase the Purchased Assets. However, notwithstanding the marketing right described in this Section 1.5, Seller shall have no right whatsoever, whether directly or through its agents or Affiliates (as herein defined), to negotiate such offers, or to enter into any agreement, contract, letter of intent or other arrangement for the sale of Seller's Business and/or any of the Purchased Assets, unless and until Purchaser terminates this Agreement or this Agreement is terminated as a result of Purchaser's default hereunder.
Right to Market. Evergreen hereby grants to the Distributor the nontransferable right to market and sell at retail the products and all its future products bearing the "Tab Force(TM)" trademark in the territory assigned by this Agreement.
