Common use of Right to Insure Clause in Contracts

Right to Insure. The Company shall have the right to secure, in its --------------- own name or otherwise and at its own expense, life, health, accident or other insurance covering or otherwise insuring Employee, and Employee shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such insurance or any of the proceeds or benefits thereof. Employee shall fully assist and cooperate with the Company in procuring any such insurance, including without limitation by submitting to such examinations, and by signing such applications and other instruments, as may reasonably be required by any insurance carrier to which application is made by the Company for any such insurance.

Right to Insure. Employee The Executive shall fully assist and cooperate with the Company in procuring any such insurance, including including, without limitation limitation, by submitting to such examinations, and by signing such applications and other instruments, instruments as may reasonably be required by any insurance carrier to which application is made by the Company for any such insurance.
