Right to Have a) The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance. Where the investigation takes place in a school or District facility, the Union shall first obtain the permission the Secretary-Treasurer of the Employer. Permission shall not be unreasonably denied.
