Right to File a Grievance. The ASSOCIATION shall have the right to file a grievance with respect to rights or privileges granted to the ASSOCIATION, its officers, or its representatives if the subject matter involves an alleged violation of this CONTRACT.
Right to File a Grievance. Unit Members have the right to present their own grievance, in person or by an Association representative or other regular employee representative.

The employee who obtains a new position has the right to a file a grievance, in or- der to contest his class of employment, within the first ninety days of actual work in the new position.
