Common use of Right to Examine Servicer Records Clause in Contracts

Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner and the Master Servicer shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans or the performance by the Servicer of its obligations hereunder, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice. The Servicer shall provide to the Owner, the Master Servicer and any supervisory agents or examiners representing a state or federal governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Owner or the Master Servicer, including without limitation the OTS, the FDIC and other similar entities, access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans in the possession of the Servicer that is required by any applicable regulations. Such access shall be afforded without charge, upon reasonable request, during normal business hours, at the offices of the Servicer and in accordance with any applicable regulations.
