  • RIGHT TO EXAMINE CONTRACT We want You to be satisfied with the contract You have purchased. We urge You to closely examine its provisions. If for any reason You are not satisfied with Your purchase, You may cancel the contract by returning the contract within ten days after You receive it.   • Discharge Only upon Payment in Full; Reinstatement in Certain Circumstances Each Guarantor’s obligations under this Section 13 shall remain in full force and effect until the Commitments are terminated, all Letters of Credit have expired, and the principal of and interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by the Borrower and the Guarantors under this Agreement and all other Loan Documents and, if then outstanding and unpaid, all Hedging Liability and Bank Product Obligations have been paid in full. If at any time any payment of the principal of or interest on any Loan or any Reimbursement Obligation or any other amount payable by the Borrower or other obligor or any Guarantor under the Loan Documents or any agreement relating to Hedging Liability or Bank Product Obligations is rescinded or must be otherwise restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy, or reorganization of the Borrower or other obligor or of any guarantor, or otherwise, each Guarantor’s obligations under this Section 13 with respect to such payment shall be reinstated at such time as though such payment had become due but had not been made at such time.

  • Right to Work For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your Start Date, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

  • Payments Directly to Swing Line Lender The Borrower shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the Swing Line Lender.

  • Termination or Reduction of the Commitments (a) The Borrower shall have the right, upon at least three Business Days’ notice to the Administrative Agent, to terminate in whole or reduce ratably in part the Available Commitments, provided that (i) each partial reduction shall be in a minimum amount of $5,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (ii) no such termination or reduction shall be made that would reduce the aggregate Commitments to an amount less than the Outstanding Credits on the date of such termination or reduction.

  • Entire Agreement; Enforcement of Rights This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter herein and merges all prior discussions between them. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement, nor any waiver of any rights under this Agreement, shall be effective unless in writing signed by the parties to this Agreement. The failure by either party to enforce any rights under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights of such party.

  • Waiver of Right to Partition The Partners, by execution of this Agreement, waive their respective rights to partition of the Partnership Property.
