Right to Collect. Following the closing, Subsidiary shall have the right to collect the accounts receivables of the Company and to settle, compromise, xxx for collection, or take any action whatsoever with respect to the receivables. Company shall cooperate with Subsidiary in notifying customers as to any payment instructions or change of address that Subsidiary may wish to communicate to the customers. In the event Company receives payment of any receivable transferred to the Subsidiary, it shall promptly endorse such payment and deliver it over to the Subsidiary.
Right to Collect. Except as otherwise set forth below, unless and until the occurrence of an Event of Default hereunder, Seller or its Servicer shall continue to collect all principal, interest, and escrow payments due and to become due under the Purchased Mortgage Loans (and all such amounts shall be held in trust for the exclusive benefit of Buyer as the owner of the related Purchased Asset), and may take such action as Seller may deem necessary, advisable, convenient, or proper for the enforcement of such Purchased Mortgage Loans to the extent consistent with Seller’s covenants and agreements set forth herein, except that regardless of whether any Event of Default exists, Mortgage Loan Sale Proceeds shall be paid directly to the Deposit Account or as Buyer shall otherwise direct, for application as provided herein. Upon receipt of any prepayment on any Purchased Mortgage Loan, Seller shall (or shall cause the Servicer to) promptly pay such amount to Buyer for application to repay the Purchase Price made with respect to such Purchased Mortgage Loan. All prepayments will be remitted to the Monthly Remittance Account within two (2) Business Days following receipt. Immediately upon and at all times after the occurrence of any Event of Default, Seller agrees, upon Xxxxx’s request, to notify all Account Debtors and other parties obligated to Seller under any Purchased Assets that all payments made to Seller on account of the Purchased Assets shall be remitted on each Remittance Date directly to the Deposit Account, which amounts shall, at Buyer’s option, be applied to the payment of the Obligations, whether then due or not, in such order or at such time of application as Buyer may determine in its sole discretion. At Buyer’s request, Seller shall include a like statement on all invoices or other instructions sent by Seller to Account Debtors and other parties obligated to Seller with respect to the Purchased Assets. Buyer shall be under no duty to demand, collect, receipt for, settle, compromise, adjust, sue for, foreclose, or realize upon the Purchased Assets.
Right to Collect. Should monies due the Contractor for Work performed be insufficient to cover such liquidated damages, then Owner shall have the right to recover said sum or sums from the Contractor, from his Surety, or both.

By submitting data, materials, content or other information (collectively, “Information”) to CenturyLink you are licensing that Information to CenturyLink for the purpose of providing the CenturyLink Connected Home service. By submitting Information to CenturyLink—or allowing CenturyLink to collect such Information—you represent that you are entitled to submit it to CenturyLink for use for this purpose, without any obligation by CenturyLink to pay any fees or other limitations.

Company shall cooperate with Operating Subsidiary in notifying customers as to any payment instructions or change of address that Operating Subsidiary may wish to communicate to the customers. In the event Company receives payment of any receivable transferred to the Operating Subsidiary, it shall promptly endorse such payment and deliver it over to the Operating Subsidiary.

In the event Company receives payment of any receivable transferred to the Operating Corp., it shall promptly endorse such payment and deliver it over to the Operating Corp.

By submitting data, materials, content or other information (collectively, “Information”) to Brightspeed you are licensing that Information to Brightspeed for the purpose of providing the Brightspeed Connected Home service. By submitting Information to Brightspeed—or allowing Brightspeed to collect such Information—you represent that you are entitled to submit it to Brightspeed for use for this purpose, without any obligation by Brightspeed to pay any fees or other limitations.
Right to Collect. Until an Event of Default occurs, Borrower, and each Subsidiary, may collect amounts due under any Accounts Receivable, subject to the obligation, if any, of Borrower and each Subsidiary to deposit all collections in a Dominion Account. At any time after any Event of Default occurs, Lender may exercise its rights to collect the Accounts Receivable and to notify Debtors to make payments directly to Lender for application to the indebtedness. This provision supersedes any contrary provision in any Security Agreement. Right to Collect. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL PREJUDICE CONEXANT'S RIGHT TO COLLECT IN FULL ALL SUMS PAYABLE BY LICENSEE TO CONEXANT UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
