Common use of Right to Change Plans Clause in Contracts

Right to Change Plans. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, condition or otherwise encumber the rights of the Company to amend, discontinue, substitute or maintain any benefit plan, program or perquisite, and no such amendment, discontinuance, substitution or maintenance or failure to maintain any benefit plan, program or perquisite shall be construed as a breach of this Agreement.

Right to Change Plans. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, condition condition, or otherwise encumber the rights right of the Company to amend, discontinue, substitute terminate, substitute, or maintain any benefit plan, program program, policy, arrangement or perquisite, including, but not limited to, the benefits and no other perquisites set forth in Section 2.3, provided any such amendmentchanges, discontinuance, substitution or maintenance or failure changes (other than the Salary Continuation Agreements) in the agreement will not result in a noticeably decreased level of benefits to maintain any benefit plan, program or perquisite shall be construed as a breach of this AgreementExecutive.

Right to Change Plans. Employee acknowledges and no such amendment, discontinuance, substitution or maintenance or failure agrees that he has been provided with copies of all applicable plan and benefits documents prior to maintain any benefit plan, program or perquisite shall be construed as a breach of executing this Agreement.
