Common use of Right to Change Plans Clause in Contracts

Right to Change Plans. Executive shall not be obligated to institute, maintain or refrain from changing, amending or discontinuing any benefit plan, program, or perquisite referred to in Sections 2(b)(vi), 2(b)(vii), 2(b)(ix) and 2(b)(xii), so long as such changes are similarly applicable to other executives of Employer.

Right to Change Plans.
