Common use of RIGHT TO AMEND Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO AMEND. In the event that the United States Government including but not limited to the FAA and TSA, or its successors, Florida Department of Transportation, or its successors, or any other governmental agency requires modifications or changes in this Contract as a condition precedent to the granting of funds for the improvement of the Airport, Company agrees to consent to such amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any of the terms, conditions, or requirements of this Contract as may be reasonably required to obtain such funds; provided, however, that in no event will Company be required, pursuant to this paragraph, to agree to an increase in the charges provided for hereunder.

In the event that the United States Government Government, including but not limited to the FAA and TSA, or its successors, Florida Department of Transportation, or its successors, or any other governmental agency requires modifications or changes in this Supplemental Contract as a condition precedent to the granting of funds for the improvement of the Airport, Company agrees to consent to such amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any of the terms, conditions, or requirements of this Supplemental Contract as may be reasonably required to obtain such funds; provided, however, that in no event will Company be required, pursuant to this paragraph, to agree to an increase in the charges provided for hereunder.
