Right to Access and Use. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in consideration of the fees specified in any Order, Smartsheet hereby grants Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Subscription Service during the Term for Customer’s own business purposes and authorizes Customer to grant such limited access and use rights to Customer Users.
