Common use of Right to Accelerate Clause in Contracts

Right to Accelerate. Beneficiary may, without notice, demand, presentment, notice of nonpayment or nonperformance, protest, notice of protest, notice of intent to accelerate, notice of acceleration, or any other notice or any other action, all of which are hereby waived by Grantor and all other parties obligated in any manner whatsoever on the Indebtedness, declare the entire unpaid balance of the Indebtedness immediately due and payable, and upon such declaration, the entire unpaid balance of the Indebtedness shall be immediately due and payable. The failure to exercise any remedy available to the Beneficiary shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of the Beneficiary under the Loan Documents, at law or in equity.
