RIGHT OF VISITATION. 6.1 Official representatives of the Union will be permitted access to the building where its members are employed, for the purpose of observing if the conditions of this Agreement are maintained, and for any other reasonable purpose arising out of the operation of this Agreement, providing there is no interference with the business of the Employer. Union representatives must notify management upon their arrival.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. An International Representative of the United Steelworkers, Local 10-670, may on occasion, visit the Site Human Resources Lead and/or his/her designee at his/her office by appointment, previously made, and shall enter the office building through the Visitor's Entrance. The Site Human Resources Lead and/or his/her designee may, at his/her discretion, escort the International Representative through the production areas of the factory in such cases as the Site Human Resources Lead shall deem it necessary and advisable.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. A. A duly authorized officer or representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit the premises of the Employer during the day shift for the purposes of administering matters pertaining to this Agreement, but shall not interfere with work or production in Employer's premises.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. 33.01 Official representatives of the Union, upon notice to the Facility AVP or Human Resources Management, shall be permitted free access to the bargaining unit work areas, where its members are employed, for the purpose of observing if the conditions of this Agreement are maintained, and for any other reasonable purpose arising out of the operation of this Agreement, provided there is no interference with the business of the Company.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. Any duly authorized representatives of AFTRA shall be admitted to the premises of the Station at any reasonable time for the purpose of determining the maintenance of salaries, fees, and other conditions agreed to hereby, provided that any such representative shall notify the applicable General Manager or his management representative prior to said visit and comply with all rules and regulations of the Company while on its premises. Not more than two (2) AFTRA representatives will be admitted at each visit. Visits shall not include the right to inspect Company's official records.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. Section 1. The representatives or any officer of the Association shall have admission to the Employer’s premises at any time during working hours for the purpose of ascertaining whether this Agreement is being carried out in good faith or for the purpose of assisting in the adjustment of any grievance which may have arisen. No such representative, however, shall have the privilege of roaming about the premises, but shall first apply to the school Principal for permission to visit, which permission shall be reasonably granted, it being understood, however that such representatives shall in any way interfere with the operation of the school during working hours and that the privilege shall be so exercised as to keep at a minimum time lost thereby to the Employer.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. The International Representative of the Union shall be received by the Company at its office, on reasonable notification to the Company, and may be permitted to go into the factory (to be accompanied by a factory representative, if not an employee of the Company) for the purposes of investigating grievances or for any other purpose that will provide for more harmonious relations between the Company and the Union, subject to such limitations and restrictions as may be imposed by the Company.

RIGHT OF VISITATION. 25.01 Official representatives of the Union with the permission of the Site Manager shall be permitted access to the facility and the bargaining unit work areas, where its members are employed, for the purpose of observing if the conditions of this Agreement are maintained, and for any other reasonable purpose arising out of the operation of this Agreement, provided there is no interference with the business of the Company. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
