Right of Transfer. Neither the BUYER nor the SELLER shall be entitled to assign or transfer contract resulting from this Agreement except to its successor or to the transferee of all or substantially all of its assets, and in the case of any such assignment or transfer, the contract shall be binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of such successor or transferee.
Right of Transfer. It is understood that the term "transfer" refers to movement within a classification (Article V, Section 1A), and that a transfer request will take precedence over any promotional request regardless of seniority.

The State shall not utilize transportation provided pursuant to this Section in determining the efficiency of the City Board’s transportation, and the City Board shall receive State transportation aid.
Right of Transfer. Purchaser may assign the Purchased Receivables and/or its rights under this Agreement to any other entity subject to such assignee and each successor assignee agreeing to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement including Section 6.
Right of Transfer. Right of Transfer. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.1 hereof, the Investor may transfer Securities to any Person, provided that any such Person shall, as a condition precedent to such transfer, agree in writing to become bound by all of the terms and provisions of this Section 8 and Section 9 hereof. The foregoing proviso of this Section 8.3 shall not be applicable with respect to Securities that are transferred pursuant to a registration statement that has been delivered effective 16 - 15 - under the Securities Act or pursuant to Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act.
Right of Transfer. 10.1 The Intermediary will have the right to assign; transfer or bequest in any manner his rights and obligations under this Agreement to an Intermediary provided that the Company has given its prior written consent to such assignment, transfer or bequest, which consent, shall not be unreasonably withheld.
