Common use of Right of Participation Clause in Contracts

Right of Participation. The Right of Participation of each Investor under Section 4 hereof is fully assignable to such Investor’s Affiliates or to any Person who holds or is acquiring any Preferred Shares in a permitted transfer; provided, however that the transferee executes and delivers an Adherence Agreement as provided in Section 6.1(d).
