Right of Control. CONSULTANT shall have exclusive control over the means, manner, methods and processes by which the Services are performed.
Right of Control. The Placer County Board of Supervisors reserves the right of control over all discretionary decisions related to expenditure of County funds. In approving this grant Agreement the Placer County Board of Supervisors, either directly or through a delegation of its authority, makes the finding that this grant serves a public purpose by promoting the general welfare of the County and its inhabitants, thus benefitting the County.
Right of Control. COMPASS agrees that it will have no right to control or direct the details, manner, or means by which CONTRACTOR accomplishes the results of the services performed hereunder. CONTRACTOR has no obligation to work any particular hours or days or any particular number of hours or days. CONTRACTOR agrees, however, that its other contracts or services shall not interfere with the performance of its services under this Agreement.
Right of Control. The COUNTY shall have and maintain the responsibility for and control of the delivery of services, the standards of performance, the discipline of personnel, and other matters incident to the performance of services, duties, and responsibilities as described and contemplated herein; provided, however, notwithstanding any other provision of this contract to the contrary, the Town through its Town Manager shall have the right to meet with the County Manager, or his/her designee, to discuss the services provided to the TOWN pursuant to this contract.
Right of Control. Giannulli shall have control, but shall consult and collaborate with Iconix, over the means, manner, methods and processes by which the services called for by this Agreement are performed, and shall take all reasonable steps necessary or appropriate to assure that the services contemplated by this Agreement are performed to the reasonable satisfaction of both Target and Iconix.
Right of Control. The SHERIFF shall have and maintain the responsibility for providing the level of service (LOS) determined by the CITY COUNCIL. The discipline of personnel and other matters pertinent to the performance of the services, duties and responsibilities shall be the responsibility of the SHERIFF, and if germane, results may be made available to the CITY MANAGER. Nothing herein contained should be construed to mean that the CITY is contracting away its constitutional authority.
Right of Control. CONTRACTOR SHALL, AT ALL TIMES DURING THE TERM, BE SOLELY IN CONTROL OF DETERMINING THE METHOD AND MEANS OF PERFORMING THE SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO THE BUSINESS OR REPUTATION OF ASSOCIATION, OWNER, THE COMMUNITY, OR THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

CONSULTANT has no obligation to work any particular hours or days or any particular number of hours or days. CONSULTANT agrees, however, that his other contracts and services shall not interfere with the performance of his services under this Agreement. AGENCY agrees to coordinate project schedules, respective commencements and deadlines with CONSULTANT.

The FCSO shall have and maintain the responsibility for and control of the delivery of services, the standards of performance, the discipline of personnel, and other matters incident to the performance of the services, duties, and responsibilities as described and contemplated herein.
Right of Control. TRINET reserves the right to hire on our payroll, determine compensation and benefits, assign, discipline, and terminate the employment of employees serviced under this AGREEMENT, with reasonable notice to SUBSCRIBER. Additional rights of control regarding workplace safety are described in section V.F.
