Common use of Right of Action Clause in Contracts

Right of Action. All rights of action in respect of this Warrant Certificate are vested in the respective Warrant Holders; and any Warrant Holders may, in its own behalf and for its own benefit, enforce, and may institute and maintain any suit, action or proceeding against the Company to enforce, or otherwise in respect of, its right to exercise the Warrants evidenced by this Warrant Certificate in the manner provided in this Warrant Certificate.
