Rigger. Buyers must present a copy of the customer's invoice to authorized Blackbird personnel prior to removal of any equipment, along with an executed authorization from the customer allowing the Rigger to remove selected equipment.

Rigger. A stage employee whose primary responsibility is the safe installation of temporary rigging equipment associated with special or temporary technical equipment such as lighting trusses and the like. Car / Truck Loader: A stage employee whose primary function is the loading and unloading of equipment from within a truck.

Rigger. Scaffolder’ shall mean a Rigger or scaffolder holding an ‘intermediate or advanced certificate of competency’. ‘Tradesman’ shall mean any Employee with a trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Pipe Fitting, Boiler making or a Mechanic. ‘Boilermaker’ shall mean a Tradesman with a trade certificate in boiler making and also is not qualified or required to carry out coded welding work in accordance with AS1554 or similar standard.
Rigger. Dogman rates shall only apply to employees that are employed as Rigger/Dogman and who are not prepared or required to operate cranes. If and when the Rigger/Dogman becomes qualified and competent and is prepared to operate cranes as required his/her wage rate shall move to the crane crew classification. For long term employees of the company working as Rigger/Xxxxxx who have been paid crane crew rates shall continue being paid the crane crew rate of pay.

Rates for riggers (as defined in clause 5.3 of the Award) involved in the setting up and derigging of cranes of over 100 tonne capacity, which involves the use of additional attachments to the main boom other than swing away or fold under flys, shall receive the same tonnage formula as crane crews as listed below 1 March 2003 .47 cents per hour all purpose 1 March 2004 .49 cents per hour all purpose 1 March 2005 .52 cents per hour all purpose • Where an employee on any day performs work in a classification attracting a higher rate of pay then such rate of pay shall apply for the whole day. • All expense-related allowances not specifically mentioned in this agreement (i.e. other than Xxxxx and Traveling Time) will be paid as per the Award as varied from time to time.
