RFP. Hotel hereby represents and warrants that it has accurately and truthfully completed the RFP portion of this Agreement. In the event that any of the information provided by Hotel in the RFP changes, Hotel agrees to notify TRAVELSAVERS immediately. TRAVELSAVERS shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, in whole or in part, if it disapproves of such a change.
RFP. The Government will provide the Contractor an RFP that includes a revised PWS with the changed conditions. The contractor shall respond with a technical and price proposal that satisfies the RFP. This action may result in a contract modification.

RFP. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in the process and are optimistic that the combination of our qualifications and fees provide the value you are seeking in a partner for this project. We have reviewed our original proposal and made modifications to the scope and fee to align with the requirements of the RFP. You will notice two significant changes. First, we originally proposed a significant amount of planning work associated with the current energy consumption at the three campus. We felt like this information would be useful for planning the solar installations, but it was not requested by the RFP so we have omitted that work from our final offer. Second, we have modified our man-hour allowance in the execution phase of this project to 400 hours, using a blended hourly rate at your request. Attachment 1 clarifies the revised scope of work. RFP. In some significant transactions, a tenant will issue a request for proposals (“RFP”) with its space needs and desired terms. If the space is large enough to generate interest, an RFP is a good way for a tenant to obtain proposals from landlords in a competitive environment and obtain early concessions from landlords. An RFP can range from short to very long; however, the best and most successful RFPs will be well thought out with input from at least the broker and attorney and include a breadth and depth of desired terms. The most important benefit of the RFP is that it arises during a time period in a negotiation when the tenant has the most leverage as the possibility to go to other space is highest. As such, I would recommend including as much as possible in the RFP. After review of submitted proposals and acceptance of one or more of the proposals (I would suggest keeping at least one additional option open both as a negotiation tool and in case negotiations break down on the first choice), the tenant and selected landlord will either move to a letter of intent or directly to the lease.
