Revocation of Suspension. 36.3.1 In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
Revocation of Suspension. 26.2.1 In the event that the Concessionaire shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period as mentioned in clause 26.1 above, Maha-Metro shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that Maha-Metro may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
Revocation of Suspension. 1.53.1 In the event DOT rectifies or removes the cause of suspension within a period no exceeding 2 (two) months from the date of suspension, DOT shall revoke the suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Lessee under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. Substitution of Concessionaire At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, for enabling the Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.
Revocation of Suspension. 27.3.1. In the event that Railways shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the SPD under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that Railways may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
Revocation of Suspension. 16.3.1 The suspension of the rights of the Operator by the Authority pursuant to Article 16.1 above shall be revoked by the Authority forthwith upon the Operator having remedied or removed the cause of suspension within a period not exceeding ninety days from date of suspension to the satisfaction of the Authority unless in the meantime this Agreement has been terminated by the Authority in accordance with Article 16.
Revocation of Suspension. 33.3.1 In the event that MOR shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that MOR may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
Revocation of Suspension. 17.3.1 In the event that the RSCL shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 60 (sixty) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Contractor under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the RSCL may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
Revocation of Suspension. (a) With respect to a Suspension Notice served under clause 10.2(a) (Right to Suspend Network Licence) on completion of the works, maintenance or repairs or renewal or replacement the subject of that Suspension Notice (whether in whole or in part), provided it is reasonable for the suspension effected by the Suspension Notice to be revoked (whether in whole or in part), the Authority shall revoke the suspension to that extent in accordance with this clause 10.6.
Revocation of Suspension. Upon the Developer having cured the Developer Default, the Developer may, by notice in writing require MOR to revoke the Suspension and MOR shall revoke such Suspension within 3 (three) months of the date of such notice and restore all rights of the Developer under this Agreement.
