Revocation of Proxy. Subject to Article 12.14, every proxy may be revoked by an instrument in writing that is:

Revocation of Proxy. A Shareholder who gives a proxy may at any time revoke the proxy, by written instrument signed by the Shareholder or his agent duly authorized in writing or, if the shareholder is a corporation, by an Officer duly authorized and deposited at the head office of the Company or with Computershare Trust Company of Canada, 0000, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X0X 0X0, no later than May 12, 2003 or deposited with the chairman of the meeting on the day of the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Revocation of Proxy. Each Shareholder Party and Trustee hereby revokes any and all previous proxies granted with respect to the Shares; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall in any way affect the validity of the Trust Agreement.
