Revocation of Permit. I understand and agree that if I alter my permit or transfer it from one vehicle to another, or if I allow my Gate Card to be used for parking any vehicle other than the one identified by me below, or if I willfully violate any of the Authority's rules, regulations or procedures regarding permit parking in the Authority's parking lots, my permit will be revoked and confiscated without any refund, and I will be prohibited thereafter from participating in the Authority's parking permit program.
Revocation of Permit. A Party may elect to withdraw from the Agreement if the NMFS revokes the Permit.

GCC reserves the right to remove, or have removed, any person behaving in an unlawful, disrespectful, or objectionable manner. Fights, vandalism, or destructive behavior on the part of any member of a user group or its audience will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the event and all future events by the user group. In this case, all fees will be forfeited. ● Smoking/tobacco products, consumption of alcoholic beverages and use of weapons, including knives, firearms, or explosives are not permitted on GCC property. School Equipment A use permit does not authorize the use of GCC, or student body equipment. Arrangements for supervision and operation of any equipment shall be made by the applicant with the school administrator. Waiver of Rental Fees Use Fees can only be waived by the GCC Facilities Department. Charges may be levied to cover the cost of additional services not covered in the original agreement or for damages or agreement violations. Gateway Community Charters (GCC) reserves the right to require and charge for custodial and/or other authorized GCC employees to be on the premises. _
Revocation of Permit. The Municipality may revoke the USER’S permit and may pursue whatever legal remedies it deems proper, if it determines, in its discretion, that the USER is not in compliance with any provision of this Agreement. In the event the USER has concluded its operations or any or all portions of highway covered by this Agreement, the Municipality may, in its discretion, revoke the USER’S permit(s) to operate on any other highway under any other similar Agreement.
