REVOCABLE LICENSE & TICKETS. Member acknowledges that any rights granted hereunder are in the nature of a license and as such no property interest arises by virtue of this Agreement. This license and any and all rights hereunder are revocable and terminable by Xxxxxx in its sole discretion. It is the Dynamo’s standard policy to offer Members the opportunity to renew their Seats each year in the same location, provided such Members have paid the License Fee and applied any Abatement (defined in Section 13 below) in accordance with the terms set forth herein. However, in the case of any non-disabled Member whose seats are currently located in a wheelchair and companion seating area, Dynamo reserves the right to relocate such Member if applicable laws require that Dynamo make such seat(s) available for purchase by disabled patrons. Member, or any Member Guest, must present a valid ticket in order to gain admission to the Stadium for the purpose of viewing the Dynamo Home Game or Additional Dynamo Home Game indicated on that ticket. If this ticket is lost, stolen, or otherwise displaced, and the holder of that ticket does not present the ticket at the Stadium at the time of the Dynamo Home Game or Additional Dynamo Home Game indicated on the ticket, the holder of the ticket will not be allowed to enter the Stadium. Member acknowledges that it is unlawful to sell or resell tickets on Stadium or adjoining property without written permission as required by Houston Code of Ordinances Chapter 22.

  • Revocable License (a) Mortgagee hereby grants to Mortgagor a revocable license (the "License"), nonexclusive with the rights of Mortgagee reserved in Sections 3.02(b), 3.04 and 3.05 hereof, to exercise and enjoy all incidences of the status of a lessor under the Leases and the Rents, including, without limitation, the right to collect, demand, xxx for, attach, levy, recover and receive the Rents and to give proper receipts, releases and acquittances therefor. Mortgagor hereby agrees to receive all Rents and hold the same as a trust fund to be applied, and to apply the Rents so collected, except to the extent otherwise provided in the Indenture, first to the payment, performance and discharge of the Senior Secured Note Obligations and then to the payment of the Impositions. Thereafter, Mortgagor may use the balance of the Rents collected in any manner not inconsistent with the Senior Secured Note Documents.

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.

  • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.

  • SOFTWARE LICENSE GRANT Where Product is acquired on a licensed basis the following shall constitute the license grant:

  • Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server.
