Capacity-related overflows specifically exclude those caused in whole or in part by build-ups of debris, sediment, and/or grease that reduce the hydraulic capacity of the system and that can be mitigated through proper operations and maintenance of the system.
Revisions to the Agreement. This Agreement may be revised at any time by written agreement signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.

The Company may, at its discretion, change the Agreement at any time without obtaining the prior consent of the User if it determines that there are reasonable grounds to do so, to the extent that such change is not contrary to the purpose of the Agreement and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the reasonableness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
