Common use of Revisions or Updates to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Revisions or Updates to Schedules. Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules originally attached hereto become outdated or incorrect in any material respect, such Borrower shall deliver to the Agent and the Lenders as part of the officer's certificate required pursuant to Section 10.3 such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s) as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct such Schedule(s), provided that no such revisions or updates to any Schedule(s) shall be deemed to have amended, modified or superseded such Schedule(s) as originally attached hereto, or to have cured any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule(s), unless and until the Agent in the exercise of its reasonable credit judgment, shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s).

Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules originally attached hereto become outdated or incorrect in any material respect, such Borrower the Borrowers' Agent shall deliver provide to the Agent and each Lender, together with the Lenders as part of the quarterly officer's certificate certificates required pursuant to Section 10.3 under SECTION 9.3, such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s) as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct such Schedule(s); PROVIDED that, provided that subject to SECTION 5.2(b), no such revisions or updates to any Schedule(s) shall be deemed to have amended, modified or superseded such Schedule(s) as originally attached hereto, or to have cured any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule(s), ) unless and until the Agent Required Lenders, in the exercise of its reasonable credit judgmenttheir sole discretion, shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s).

Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules originally attached hereto become outdated or incorrect in any material respect, such Borrower the Credit Parties shall deliver to the Agent and the Lenders as part of the officer's certificate required pursuant to Section SECTION 10.3 such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s) as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct such Schedule(s), provided that no such revisions or updates to any Schedule(s) shall be deemed to have amended, modified or superseded such Schedule(s) as originally attached hereto, or to have cured any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule(s), unless and until the Agent Required Lenders in the exercise of its their reasonable credit judgment, judgment shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s), and further provided that no such Schedule(s) need be revised or updated which were given as of a specific date unless this Agreement specifically requires otherwise.
