Common use of Revisions or Updates to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Revisions or Updates to Schedules. Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules originally attached hereto become outdated or incorrect in any material respect, the Obligors shall deliver to the Agent and the Lenders as part of the officer's certificate required pursuant to SECTION 10.3 such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s) as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct such Schedule(s), PROVIDED that no such revisions or updates to any Schedule(s) shall be deemed to have amended, modified or superseded such Schedule(s) as originally attached hereto, or to have cured any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule(s), unless and until the Required Lenders in their sole and absolute discretion, shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s).

Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules schedules originally attached hereto become outdated or incorrect in any material respect, the Obligors Loan Parties shall deliver to the Agent and the Lenders as part of the officer's ’s certificate required pursuant to SECTION 10.3 Section 9.9 such revisions or updates to such Schedule(sschedule(s) as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct such Schedule(sschedule(s), PROVIDED provided that no such revisions or updates to any Schedule(sschedule(s) shall be deemed to have amended, modified or superseded such Schedule(sschedule(s) as originally attached hereto, or to have cured any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule(sschedule(s), unless and until (x) the Required Lenders in their sole and absolute discretion, shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s)schedule(s) or (y) the revisions or updates to the applicable schedule reflects a state of facts that is expressly permitted under the existing provisions of this Agreement.

Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules originally attached hereto become outdated or incorrect such that any representation or warranty made by the Borrower incorporating such information or disclosures would be incorrect in any material respect, the Obligors shall deliver to the Agent and the Lenders as part of the officer's certificate required pursuant to SECTION 10.3 9.3(B), such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s) as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct such Schedule(s), PROVIDED that no such revisions or updates to any Schedule(s) shall be deemed to have amended, modified or superseded such Schedule(s) as originally attached heretohereto immediately prior to the submission of such revised or updated Schedule(s), or to have cured any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule(s), unless and until the Required Lenders in their sole and absolute discretion, shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule(s).
