Revised 12/18/15 NON-VOTING BOARD MEMBER. (STUDENT TRUSTEE) The College Board shall have one non-voting member (Student Trustee) who is a student enrolled in the community college under the jurisdiction of the Board as provided by Section 805/3-7.24 of the Illinois Public Community College Act (110 ILCS 805/3-7.24). The method of selecting the student member shall be determined by campus-wide student referendum. The student member shall serve a term of one year beginning on April 15 of each year. A vacancy that occurs within the term of a sitting student trustee shall be filled expeditiously by the student body. The non-voting student member shall have all of the privileges of membership, including the right to make and second motions and to attend executive sessions. The Student Trustee on the Board will be expected to cast a formally recorded non-binding advisory vote on all Board actions. Also see Section 4.4.5

  • Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year.   • Informal Meeting Before a formal hearing is conducted the University President or designee shall call a meeting with the charging party, the accused Bargaining Unit Faculty Member, and a representative of the AAUP-WSU. The purpose of this meeting shall be to attempt resolution of the matter through informal discussion. Additional meetings may occur provided the University President or designee and the Bargaining Unit Faculty Member being charged believe that further meetings will serve a useful purpose.
