Common use of Review Clause in Contracts

Review. With a view to the progressive liberalisation of trade in services, the Parties aim to periodically review their Schedules of Specific Commitments and Lists of MFN Exemptions. The first such review shall take place no later than three years from the entry into force of this Agreement.
