Review of Rates. 8.6.1 Either Party shall be entitled to vary their Rates referred to in clause 8.3 in accordance with the notification process contained in clause 4 of Annexure “E”.
Review of Rates. Americold may review its Charges and submit an amended list of Charges to the Customer if the Customer's notified volumes on which any existing depends or is based change by plus or minus 10%
Review of Rates. The rates shown in schedule A shall be increased every 12 months in accordance with and to the extent of the Consumer Price Index for the previous twelve months as published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Increases pursuant to this review clause shall be payable from the first pay period to commence on or after each anniversary of the approval of this agreement.
Review of Rates. The Rates will be reviewed every 12 months in accordance with Part 2, "Variation of Rates", of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. In the event that there is documented evidence of non-compliance by the Carrier with the Key Performance Indicators, the Rates will not necessarily be increased. Any Rate variation payable in accordance with Schedule 3 Part 2 - Variation of Rates applicable from 1 July 2005 will be reduced by 2.5% to reflect incorporation of a negotiated 2.5% increase in the Rates payable at the commencement of this Agreement. This however will not result in a rate decrease in the event that the rate variation calculated in accordance with Schedule 3 Part 2 - Variation of Rates is less than 2.5% - in this case the rates will be maintained at the levels payable at the commencement of this Agreement. The Drop Allowance of $9.00 payable for the second and each subsequent drop of each load will not be varied during the Term of the Cartage Contracts pursuant to this Agreement.
Review of Rates. The committee shall review the rates mentioned in the Agreement with the prevailing rates of the market on completion of six month. If in the opinion of the committee, the rates become considerably fall than the Agreement Rates. The firm will be bound to amend the rates accordingly, failing which the Director (P&IC) reserve the right to terminate the Agreement under clause “P”.
Review of Rates. The rates applicable for the periods of this agreement are laid out in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.
Review of Rates. The overall rates will be revised from time to time, usually being reviewed annually on 1 February, and any increase will be notified to you either by separate letter or on your next invoice.
Review of Rates. The County shall review the user charge system at least once a year and revise user charge rates as necessary to ensure that the system generates adequate revenues to pay the cost of operation and maintenance including replacement, and debt service costs.
Review of Rates. PROSPECT SERVICES may vary the rates at any time or if there is any change which affects the cost of providing Prospect Services' employees. PROSPECT SERVICES will give the client at least one day’s notice of the new rates.

Beginning on July 1, 1999 and on each subsequent anniversary of this Agreement new Rates shall be mutually agreed to by both Parties, until Completion or Termination of this Agreement.
