Review of Evaluation Process. At the beginning of the school year a general overview of the evaluation process is provided to all educators in the building. A more detailed orientation is provided for those educators who will be evaluated during the school year. Educators within 1-2 years of employment with the district. All first and second year licensed professional employees will be evaluated each semester. The evaluation will be completed prior to the 60th school day of each semester. Educators with 3-4 years of employment with the district. All third and fourth year licensed professional employees will be evaluated each year. The evaluation process will be completed prior to February 15. Educators with at least 4 years of employment with the district. After the fourth year of employment, all licensed professional employees will be evaluated at least once every three years prior to February 15 of their evaluation year.
