Review of e-Statements. Your use of the e-Statement Service does not in any way alter your obligation to promptly review your statements and to notify us of any error, fraud, forgery, alteration or other irregularity. All provisions as set forth in the Deposit Account Agreement shall continue to apply. Your e-statements will be considered delivered on the date that they are sent to the e- mail address you have designated.

Review of e-Statements. You will be notified by email that your E-Statement is available to view in Online Banking. Your receipt of E- Statements does not in any way alter your obligation to promptly review your E-Statements as set forth in the Other Agreements. You must promptly access or review your E-Statements and any accompanying items and notify us in writing immediately of any error, unauthorized transaction, or other irregularity. If you allow someone else to access your E-Statement, you are still fully responsible for reviewing the E- Statement for any errors, unauthorized transactions, or other irregularities. All provisions as set forth in the applicable deposit account disclosure/agreement(s), terms and conditions, and loan agreements shall continue to apply. Withdrawal of Your Consent You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications by updating your preference through Cash Management or by contacting us by telephone at 000-000-0000 or by email at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal, which shall not be less than ten (10) Business Days. We may treat an invalid email address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications. If you withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications, we may terminate your access to or use of Cash Management.

  • E-Statements If we make this service available to you, you may agree to receive statements via electronic means, whereby your periodic statement will be e-mailed to you or sent electronically to, and made available on, our on-line banking website.   • False Statements Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information prepared and submitted by Contractor in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response are current, complete, true, and accurate.   • Purpose Statement Abuse of drugs and alcohol is a nationwide problem. It affects persons of every age, race, sex and ethnic group. It poses risks to the health and safety of employees of the City of Minneapolis and to the public. To reduce those risks, the City has adopted this LOA concerning drugs and alcohol in the workplace. This LOA establishes standards concerning drugs and alcohol which all employees must meet and it establishes a testing procedure to ensure that those standards are met. This drug and alcohol testing LOA is intended to conform to the provisions of the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act (Minnesota Statutes §181.950 through 181.957), as well as the requirements of the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-690, Title V, Subtitle D) and related federal regulations. Nothing in this LOA shall be construed as a limitation upon the Employer's obligation to comply with federal law and regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing. The Human Resources Director is directed to develop and maintain procedures for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of this LOA and to establish training on this LOA and applicable law.

  • BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.
