Review of Design Documents. The CM shall review the design documents and make recommendations to the Owner and Designer as to scheduling, time of construction, and coordination of documentation among Contractors, and as to the separation of the Project into contracts for various categories of the Work.

Review of Design Documents. The CM shall thoroughly and completely review all design documents, including programming, drawings, specifications, addenda, and supplemental design information, for clarity, consistency, constructability and coordination among the Contractors. The results of the review shall be provided in writing as notations on the documents or in a written report. The CM is not responsible for providing, nor does the CM control, the Project design and contents of the design documents prepared by the Designer. By performing the reviews described herein, the CM is not acting in a manner so as to assume professional responsibility or liability, in whole or in part, for all or any part of the Project design and design documents prepared by the Designer or the Owner.
Review of Design Documents. The Construction Manager shall review and provide written comments with respect to design documents for the Project prepared by the Consultant. The Construction Manager's review and comments shall address the issues set forth below.

Review of Design Documents. The Construction Manager shall review Project design documents during their development and provide recommendations on site use and improvements, selection of materials, building systems and equipment and methods of Project delivery. The Construction Manager shall also provide recommendations on relative feasibility of construction methods, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for procurement, installation and construction of the Project and subparts thereof if requested, and factors relating to cost including, but not limited to, costs of alternate designs of materials, preliminary budgets and possible economics that could be achieved through alternate methods or substitutions.
Review of Design Documents. XXXX shall review the Design Documents completed by the Architect and have a complete understanding of the Project design and scope. XXXX will work cooperatively with the Architect to develop a progressive design, with the XXXX role to provide input on value engineering, schedule impacts, constructability, and materials of construction, construction methods, and costs to help refine the Project to meet the needs of Agency as described in subsequent sections. It is the intent to provide design input early and appropriately to avoid schedule delays and re-design. This includes without limitation the following:
Review of Design Documents. Construction Manager shall review and study, on a continuing basis through the Design and Construction Phases, all design and construction documents prepared by Architect for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and consistency. Construction Manager shall notify Owner’s Representative and Architect in writing of any errors, omissions, conflicts, inconsistencies or ambiguities discovered, identify potential design changes before the bidding cycle and Construction Phase begin, and recommend alternatives when design details affect construction feasibility, constructability, quality, or the Project schedule. Construction Manager shall assure through such review and study that all Project construction requirements are met in the Design for Construction and the Subcontracts. The Owner has requested the Architect to only prepare documents for the Project, including the plans and specifications for the Project, which are accurate, adequate, consistent, coordinated and sufficient for construction. However, the Owner makes no representation or warranty of any nature whatsoever to the Construction Manager concerning such documents. The Construction Manager hereby acknowledges and represents that it has not, does not, and will not rely upon any representations or warranties by the Owner concerning such documents, as no such representations or warranties have been or are hereby made.
