Review Documents. The Architect/Engineer shall, at its expense, furnish and deliver to the Owner for Owner’s review, Refer to Exhibit C: Document Distribution Matrix for the required number of documents required for each review stage. The following Exhibits are fully incorporated into this Agreement by reference: EXHIBITS Ex A Personnel Titles and Hourly Rates Ex B BIM Execution Plan Ex C Document Distribution Matrix EXHIBIT A PERSONNEL TITLES AND HOURLY RATES The prime architectural or engineering firm for this project will assemble the following information from consulting team members associated with the project. When preparing this schedule, you are expected to adhere to the position classifications and titles presented to the greatest extent possible. Review Documents. The contractor shall carefully study and compare all drawings, specifications, and other instructions to identify any errors, inconsistencies, omissions, ambiguities, interference, etc., and shall, at once, report to the County’s Project Manager any and all errors, inconsistencies, omissions, ambiguities, interference, etc., in a timely manner, before it is a problem. The contractor is responsible for all such problems, which are known or should have discovered by a reasonably diligent review, and performance, which are known or should have known is inconsistent with the general design concept or with industry standards. Except as otherwise specifically provided hereinafter under warranties, Contractor shall not be an agent for the County.
Review Documents. Review the design documents as they are being prepared and are made available for the purpose of recommending alternative solutions whenever such matters affect cost, construc­tion feasibility or schedules. Design Builder assumes responsibili­ties for design and performing and providing life-cycle costs and value engineering analyses and other studies for such purposes.
