Review by Legal Counsel. Each party has had the opportunity to review this Agreement with the assistance of legal counsel. Accordingly, the rule of construction that any ambiguity in this Agreement is to be construed against the drafting party is not applicable.
Review by Legal Counsel. 24.1. Each Party has carefully reviewed this Agreement, and understands its terms. Each Party has been given sufficient opportunity to seek legal advice prior to signing this Agreement, and has either sought legal advice with counsel experienced in issues of confidentiality in regards to this Agreement, or has relied wholly upon that Party’s own judgment and knowledge in executing this Agreement. Each Party fully understands and voluntarily accepts each and every provision contained in this Agreement. Failure to seek legal advice prior to signing this Agreement does not excuse either Party from failure to understand the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement has been prepared on the basis of the mutual understanding of the Parties and in the event of an ambiguity, such ambiguity shall not be strictly construed against either Party as a drafter of this Agreement.
Review by Legal Counsel. Both Parties represent this Agreement has been reviewed by their independent legal counsel or they have knowingly waived such review.
Review by Legal Counsel. Each of the PARTIES have had the opportunity to, and have to the extent each deemed appropriate, obtained legal counsel concerning the content and meaning of this Contract. Each of the PARTIES agrees and represents that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to effectuate this Contract.
Review by Legal Counsel. The Parties acknowledge and agree that they have had this Agreement reviewed by legal counsel or were afforded an opportunity to have this Agreement reviewed by legal counsel. TyCom US shall be responsible for the cost of legal counsel for the Oregon Committee until the Final Agreement is executed by both parties.
Review by Legal Counsel. The City and WFCWD acknowledge that each party had the opportunity to review this Agreement with its respective legal counsel, and that this Agreement should not be construed nor interpreted against a drafting party.
Review by Legal Counsel. Each party has had the opportunity to have this Agreement reviewed by legal counsel of its choosing.

Review by Legal Counsel. Obligors acknowledge that they have thoroughly read and reviewed the terms and provisions of this Forbearance Agreement and are familiar with the terms hereof. Such terms and provisions are clearly understood and fully and unconditionally consented to by them. Obligors have had the full benefit and advice of counsel of their own choosing, or the opportunity to obtain the benefit and advice of counsel of their own choosing to understand the terms, meanings and effect of this Forbearance Agreement. Obligors’ execution of this Forbearance Agreement and the delivery of the documents is done freely, voluntarily, with full knowledge and without duress, force or coercion, and that in executing this Agreement none of Obligors have relied on any other representations, either written or oral, express or implied, made to them by MLBFS or any party.
Review by Legal Counsel. Fushi hereby advises Executive to consult with an attorney about the requirements of this Agreement and the Agreement's release before signing this Agreement.
