Common use of Review by Counsel Clause in Contracts

Review by Counsel. You acknowledge and agree that you have been advised to consult with an attorney prior to signing this Agreement. You also acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is voluntarily entered into by you in consideration of the undertakings by the Company as set forth in this Agreement and is consistent in all respects with discussions by the Company’s personnel with you.
