Common use of Review by Counsel Clause in Contracts

Review by Counsel. Executive represents and warrants that this Agreement is the result of full and otherwise fair faith bargaining over its terms following a full and otherwise fair opportunity to have legal counsel for Executive review this Agreement and to verify that the terms and provisions of this Agreement are reasonable and enforceable. Executive acknowledges that he has read and understands the foregoing provisions and that such provisions are reasonable and enforceable. This Agreement has been jointly drafted by both parties.
