Common use of Review and Input Clause in Contracts

Review and Input. DIR will determine whether input on the recommendation from other Customers is appro- priate, and will promptly circulate the recommendation to those identified. If DIR does re- quest input from any Customer, DIR will require any input to be provided in writing and submitted within a specified period of time, not to exceed 10 Business Days from the date of the recommendation. DIR and Vendor will each receive a copy of the written input from the Customers, if appli- cable.
