Review and Assistance. Class Counsel and Defendant will be permitted to audit and review actual (or summary reports on) claims made, claims approved or denied, checks issued, calculation of benefits under the settlement, returned checks and uncashed checks to assist with (1) the effectuation of the settlement, and (2) the Parties’ mutual desire to reasonably ensure that the benefits are administered in a manner to attempt to reach each Settlement Class Member.
