Revie. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (h)(2) of this section, admin- istrative review of a debt will not sus- pend the assessment of interest, pen- alties, and administrative costs. While agency review of a debt is pending, the debtor either may pay the debt or be liable for interest and related charges on the uncollected debt. When agency review results in a final determination that any amount was properly a debt and the debtor chose to retain the amount in dispute, the Secretary shall collect from the debtor the amount de- termined to be due, plus interest, pen- alties and administrative costs on such debt amount, as calculated under this section, starting from the date the debtor was first made aware of the debt and ending when the debt is repaid.

Revie. The signatories (or their succes- sors) will review this MOU periodically in co- ordination with the Services, but no less than every five years to consider items such as current accreditation status, updated pro- gram offerings, and program delivery serv- ices.
Revie. The RO will conduct an independent review of the administra- tive record to address the reasons for the appeal cited by the applicant in the RFA. In addition, to the extent that it is practicable and feasible, the RO will also conduct an independent review of the administrative record to verify § 331.4 that the record provides an adequate and reasonable basis supporting the district engineer’s decision, that facts or analysis essential to the district en- gineer’s decision have not been omitted from the administrative record, and that all relevant requirements of law, regulations, and officially promulgated Corps policy guidance have been satis- fied. Should the RO require expert ad- vice regarding any subject, he may seek such advice from any employee of the Corps or of another Federal or state agency, or from any recognized expert, so long as that person had not been previously involved in the action under review.
Revie. Recipients or subrecipi- ents must examine a program partici- pant’s income initially, and at least annually thereafter, to determine the amount of the contribution toward rent payable by the program partici- pant. Adjustments to a program par- ticipant’s contribution toward the rental payment must be made as changes in income are identified.

  • Review The practitioner reviews the treatment plan and discusses, when appropriate, case circumstances and management options with the attending (or referring) physician.   • Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a. The Property is sold on an “as is where is basis” subject to all the necessary inspection, search (including but not limited to the status of title), enquiry (including but not limited to the terms of consent to transfer and/or assignment and outstanding charges), investigation, examination and verification of which the Purchaser is already advised to conduct prior to the auction and which the Purchaser warrants to the Assignee has been conducted by the Purchaser’s independent legal advisors at the time of execution of the Memorandum.

  • Written Examination The content of any written examination will be scaled appropriately to the level of the position being considered. All written tests will be structured and administered to each given rank level. Written tests will be designated a general knowledge level or standards designated where rank and position warrant specialization. The Sheriff will determine where general or specialized standard testing is warranted. Personnel will be advised well in advance of testing as to the nature of the test to be administered.
