Reversing a Transaction. A Cardholder may be entitled to reverse a Transaction (charge back) where the Cardholder disputes a Transaction made on the Card by a Merchant. If we are satisfied that a Cardholder is entitled to reverse a Transaction, we will credit the Cardholder Account for the amount initially debited for the Transaction. You or the Cardholder must immediately notify us of a disputed Transaction. There are time limits imposed by Visa Card scheme operating rules and if the Cardholder does not notify us within these time limits, we may not be able to reverse a Transaction and the Account Holder may be liable for the Transaction.

Reversing a Transaction. You may be entitled to reverse (chargeback) a Transaction where You have a dispute with a merchant. For example, you may be entitled to reverse a transaction where the merchant has not provided you with the goods or service you paid for. You must notify bank if you believe you are entitled to reverse a transaction. If bank is satisfied after investigation that you are entitled to reverse a transaction, it will credit your account for the amount initially debited for the transaction.

  • Final Order If the Interim Order is obtained and the Arrangement Resolution is approved at the Company Meeting in accordance with the terms of the Interim Order, the Company shall take all steps necessary to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to section 182 of the OBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three Business Days, after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

  • ENCROACHMENT/ACQUISITION The Assignee/Bank has no notice or knowledge of any encroachment or that the Government or any other authority has any immediate intention of acquiring the whole or any part of the Property for roads or any other improvement schemes and if such encroachment shall be found to exist or if the Government or any local authority has any such intention, the same shall not annul the sale or shall any abatement or compensation be allowed in respect thereof.

  • Historical Transaction Amounts For each of the two years ended 31 December 2021 and 2022 and the six months ended 30 June 2023, the historical transaction amounts paid by Poly Developments and Holdings Group to the Group in respect of property management services under the 2021-2023 Property Management Services Framework Agreements were RMB197.9 million, RMB202.5 million and RMB80.3 million, respectively.
