Revenue Sharing Plan. An Affiliate compensation plan where the Affiliate Fee payable to Affiliate is calculated as a percentage of the Gross Revenue attributed to such Affiliate. For example, if an Affiliate is entitled to receive 25% for Gross Revenue from US$10,001 up to US$20,000, and in a certain month such Affiliate referred such number of Qualified Traders which generated a total of US$15,000 Gross Revenue in such month, Affiliate shall be entitled to receive consideration for such month 25%*15,000 =US$3,750.
