Revenue Sharing Payments. The Escrow Agent may receive revenue sharing payments from a money market fund company. These payments represent a reallocation to the Escrow Agent of a portion of the compensation payable to the fund company in connection with a money market fund investment. Revenue sharing payments constitute a form of fee sharing between the fund company and the Escrow Agent and do not, as a general rule, result in any additional charge or expense in connection with a money market fund investment, are not paid under a 12b-1 plan, and do not impact the investment performance of the fund.
