  • Revenue Protection Embarq shall make available to CLEC, at Parity with what Embarq provides to itself, its Affiliates and other local telecommunications CLECs, all present and future fraud prevention or revenue protection features, including prevention, detection, or control functionality embedded within any of the Network Elements. These features include, but are not limited to screening codes, information digits assigned such as information digits ‘29’ and ‘70’ which indicate prison and COCOT pay phone originating line types respectively, call blocking of domestic, international, 800, 888, 900, NPA-976, 700, 500 and specific line numbers, and the capability to require end-user entry of an authorization code for dial tone. Embarq shall, when technically capable and consistent with the implementation schedule for Operations Support Systems (OSS), additionally provide partitioned access to fraud prevention, detection and control functionality within pertinent OSS.

  • Policy Statement The RSU Award grant the Company is making under the Plan is unilateral and discretionary and, therefore, the Company reserves the absolute right to amend it and discontinue it at any time without any liability. In addition, the Participant further acknowledges that he or she has read and specifically and expressly approves the terms and conditions in the Nature of Grant section of the Agreement, in which the following is clearly described and established: (i) participation in the Plan does not constitute an acquired right; (ii) the Plan and participation in the Plan is offered by the Company on a wholly discretionary basis; (iii) participation in the Plan is voluntary; and (iv) the Company and any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliates are not responsible for any decrease in the value of the Shares acquired upon vesting of the RSU Award. Finally, the Participant hereby declares that he or she does not reserve any action or right to bring any claim against the Company for any compensation or damages as a result of his or her participation in the Plan and therefore grants a full and broad release to the Employer, the Company and any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliates with respect to any claim that may arise under the Plan.

  • GROUP INSURANCE PLANS 15.01 The Company agrees to provide all full time employees with one (1) or more years of continuous service, a *Short Term Disability Benefit (S.T.D.) as generally described in Section B of a notice to all employees of the amended Benefit Plan dated May 1, 1993. *Payment for Short Term Disability shall begin on the third (3rd) consecutive day of absence. For those employees who have completed ninety (90) days of perfect attendance from the last date of return to work from an absence due to sickness or accident, shall be paid S.T.D. from the first (1st) day for the first covered absence following the ninety (90) days of perfect attendance.

  • CHARGEBACK POLICY 23.1 The Company reserves the right to charge a fee “chargeback fee” if a chargeback is placed with your credit card company (either intentionally or unintentionally) for any deposit made to your account. The chargeback fee will be comprised of the “administration fee” of €60.00 (sixty Euros) to cover all further investigation expenses. In case of pre-arbitration, additional fees may apply from the card processor. This fee will be used to cover all investigative expenses to prove that the deposit was made by you upon receiving the chargeback from our merchant provider. The fee will be deducted from the Client’s account balance if available.
