Revenue From Aqueduct Power Recovery Plants. There shall be credited against the amount of the variable component to be paid by each contractor, as determined pursuant to subdivision (a) of this article, a portion of the projected net value of any power recovered during the respective year at project aqueduct power recovery plants located upstream on the particular aqueduct from the delivery structures for delivery of project water to the contractor.
