Revenue and Expenditure Reporting. The School is required to submit periodic reports of revenues, expenditures, and reserves pursuant to EC Section 47604.33. School ADA Expected Reserves 0–300 Greater of 5%* or $55,000** 301–1,000 Greater of 4%* or $55,000** 1,001–30,000 3% *Percentage applied to total expenditures and other financing uses. **The dollar amounts are to be adjusted annually by the prior year statutory cost-of- living adjustment pursuant to EC 42238, rounded to the nearest thousand. The CDE may request additional information to evaluate the fiscal condition of the School.
Revenue and Expenditure Reporting. 3.2.1 The School is required by Education Code section 47604.33 to submit periodic reports of revenues, expenditures, and reserves. In order to meet statutory timelines for revenue and expenditure reporting, the School must submit reports to the XXX for review according to the following schedule: • Preliminary budget on or before July 1. • Unaudited Actuals Report for the prior fiscal year on or before September 15. • First Interim Report (expenditures through October 31) on or before December 15. • Second Interim Report (expenditures through January 31) on or before March 15.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

When this applies, Contractor will register in a free portal to help report the Tier 2 diverse spend, and the requirement continues as long as the Contract is in effect.
