RETURNS FOR CREDIT. In order to return new merchandise, the Purchaser must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from KABA Customer Service department. There is a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge applied to all returns of new product. Custom products cannot be returned for credit for any reason other than product failure. Credit will not be offered for product that is returned incomplete or damaged.

Warranty Statement Audio Resource Group, Inc. (ARG) develops, designs and distributes only high quality products that will provide users with many years of trouble-free service. Some of the products we distribute are sold exclusively by ARG. The following Warranty Statement defines the warranty periods for each product line and model of equipment distributed by Audio Resource Group, Inc.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT. Seller, at its option, may accept or reject any request by Buyer to return product for credit. If authorization is granted, Buyer shall pay Seller a restocking fee equal to 35% of the purchase price for standard products for each product returned, in addition to charges for unearned discounts, and any other reasonable charges. Buyer shall not return product without first obtaining an RMA number as stated above.

Obsolete or specially manufactured goods can be accepted for return for credit only to the extent of value to Seller in each case. No credit will be issued to other than the original purchaser. There is a 20% restock charge charged for all returns.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT. The Seller disclaims liability for goods returned without the written consent of the Seller. Any goods approved for return must be advised in writing, quoting the Seller’s invoice number and received by the Seller within 14 days of authorizing the return. The Buyer shall be responsible for complying with all legislation and regulations whilst in transit to the Seller’s premises. The Seller disclaims liability for any returns whilst in transit to the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to charge a reasonable handling charge where this is justified.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT. (A) TRUMPF will accept returns of Parts and/or Tooling for credit if the Parts or Tooling are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. It is the Customer’s responsibility to request and obtain a return authorization (RA) before returning any Parts or Tooling to TRUMPF. Any returns must be received less than 30 days from the invoice date and are subject to TRUMPF’s acceptance. All authorized returns should be shipped, freight paid, DAP Farmington, Connecticut or as otherwise specified by TRUMPF.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT. In no case is material or equipment to be returned without first obtaining Actronix’s written permission and a return material or equipment tag. Only unused material or equipment as currently sold and/or manufactured which has been invoiced to Purchaser within one year shall be considered for return. Actronix reserves the right to refuse any material or equipment returned for credit. Material or equipment accepted for credit is subject to a minimum service charge of 20% and all transportation charges shall be prepaid by Purchaser. Equipment built to order is not subject to return for credit under any circumstances. Material and equipment must be securely packed, and must reach Actronix without damage. Any cost incurred by Actronix to put material or equipment in first class condition shall be paid by the Purchaser in advance.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT. A). No returns for credit shall be accepted unless Xxxxxx's permission has been obtained in each case in advance. Any items accepted for credit by the Company shall be returned on freight prepaid basis. No items previously put in service by the Purchaser shall be considered returnable.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT. During the term of this Agreement, Distributor shall be eligible to return, for credit, up to five percent (5%) of Distributor's purchases during the preceding three (3) months. Once purchases during any one month have been used to establish eligibility for a return, that month's purchases may not be used to establish eligibility for further returns. Products returned must be current Products, or Products that have been listed on the International Price List within the last 90 days and be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Products that have been deleted from the International Price List more than ninety (90) days prior to the return are ineligible for return. Distributor must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from Manufacturer prior to any return, and Distributor must ship any such return CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) Destination, such destination to be Manufacturer's Northern California facility, the address to be provided by Manufacturer upon issuance of an RMA number. Distributor shall bear all costs of shipment and risks of title until the Products are delivered to Manufacturer. Upon receipt and verification of the return, Manufacturer shall issue a credit to Distributor equal to the actual price paid for the products returned, less a five percent (5%) restocking fee and less any discounts or credits previously applied.
